Manifesto

We begin with the leaf: where it grows, when it is picked, and the work that gives it form. We choose tea for its individual character, for the details that make one cup distinct from the next.

Tradition lives through practice. In the making, the brewing, and the attention we bring to taste. We value the knowledge carried through generations, and the possibility of meeting it in our own way.

Tea belongs in the present. At a desk, around a table, in the space between things. You do not need a perfect ritual to begin. Only water, a little time, and the curiosity to return for another infusion.
