From the high mountains of Zhenghe — Jinping and Chengyuan, between 800 and 1,300 metres. Min-bei small-leaf caicha bushes, some a century old, growing in rock crevices and beside boulders. Picked between Qingming and Guyu, withered into wild white tea.
